Hi! Iād recommend using a powder bleach with a separate developer! This allows you to control your level of lightening! You will most likely be left with some sort of unwanted undertone. After you realize this, you have two options! You can dye over the bleached parts with a blonde dye (not bleach) or (recommended from personal experience) use a toner! Hope this helps :) Xoxo, Ashley

Hi! Super common question on here. For most hair, you’re going to need bleach rather than dye, as the bleach is what will lift your hair color :)
