This is amazing! Such a nice gradient and an even nicer cut!
societyischanginghayleysmith asked: will ombre hair still be in the fall?
Like punk, ombre’s not dead ;)
I think it will be in as long as you think it looks good! Haha :)
livelyfeforyou asked: I'm thinking about dying my hair ombre, but I'm not sure if it will look good! I have medium/ dark brown hair. Would it look better going to a lighter or a medium blonde color? Thanks! (:
Not at all! In fact, many people who start off with light hair end up dying their roots dark!! I actually find it to be a somewhat edgier and more vamped up look! Seriously so in right now :)
Anonymous asked: Oh gosh i was so inspired by your blog! it made me so excited just viewing the wonderful pics you have! And i want ombre hair so bad! but there was a bit of a problem. My hair isn't that long ( about 3 inches after my shoulder-cleavage length) and the style is layered which makes the hair look thinner. Would you think my hair can still rock this look? because the usual ombre hair that i see are long and so full of volume! =)) thank you!
Hi! Thank you so, so much! It makes me excited to know that what I put on here gets people inspired :) Your hair actually sounds a lot like mine!! I would just go for it! Life’s all about trial and error right?? But honestly I think it would look great! Send me a picture if you decide to go for it, then own it! Happy ombre-ing :)
driiiiiii asked: hey! love your blog. just a question, how would you do ombre with a color? for example purple like the picture you just posted. like going from dark purple to lilac?
Well if your hair is dark at all, the first thing you’ll probably need is bleach. But then comes the fun part!!- color :) I’m in no shape or form a professional, but in my opinion I’d say if you wanted a gradient to dye just the tips first and let that sit for half the time you’re dying your hair with the color, and then gradually work your way up with more color for the other half of the time. This way, the ends you saturated first will be given more time to soak in the color, hopefully giving you a nice gradient :) Hope this helps!!
supremecrystals asked: amazing ombre-hair-blog !
